Saturday, July 12th, 2025, 9:30am – 12:30pm Stewart Park, Perth - 14 Market Square, Perth ON (behind the town hall bandstand) FREE ADMISSION – DEMONSTRATIONS – PRIZES – ALL ARE WELCOME! Do you love big trees? If so, mark your calendars for the upcoming family friendly Elder Tree Celebration on Saturday, July 12th, from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, at Stewart Park, Perth. This free community event, sponsored by Tree Canada and Tree Trust, and held in partnership with Our Perth Trees and the Town of Perth, will feature skilled arborists from Arboreal Tree Care providing TLC to one of the park’s treasured elder Silver Maples. Watch as professionals climb high into the canopy to care for this magnificent tree — it’s a rare and inspiring sight!
