Archives Lanark is celebrating their 21st anniversary. For 21 years their volunteers have conserved, preserved and made available, precious historical documents to researchers and genealogist from all over the globe.

Archives Lanark is celebrating their 21st anniversary. For 21 years their volunteers have conserved, preserved and made available, precious historical documents to researchers and genealogist from all over the globe.
Event: Saturday, October 28th, 2023 Place: Ferguson's Falls Community Hall 1362 Ferguson's Falls Rd, Lanark, K0G 1K0 Time: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Come and help them celebrate 21 years of service to family historians and history lovers who want to understand and learn about everything "Lanark County". Visit with local authors Arlene Stafford-Wilson, Ron Shaw and Rosetta McInnes, to name but a few. The Archives will have a selection of their One Room Rural School Books and used books available for sale. A re-print of the Beckwith, Ramsay & Pakenham school books that were out of stock, are now available for purchase. The sounds of Memory Lane will entertain as you visit and enjoy a light refreshment.
